Baking Brothers continues to innovate with the launch of game changing product, Baking Elixir.

Available in 500ml containers, the equivalent of just 2% of the total weight of ingredients is required to create the desired effect. The Elixir works by instantly interacting with other ingredients in the batter, obtaining complete dispersion while reducing mixing time by up to 50%. During the baking process, the Elixir secures a fine distribution of ingredients and air bubbles, giving noticeably enhanced freshness, lightness and moisture to the final product.

After trying it for herself, Plymouth based cake artist Verity Jane said of the product: “Wow! I can’t even begin to explain the difference it made. A new staple in my life!”

While fellow baking pro Bintcy Davis, of London’s Chikz Patisserie, described the Elixir “a real game changer”.
