Employee of the Month – Fred Agyekum

It’s that time again - we're here to announce our March winner of Create Better Group's Employee of the Month! It's been so wonderful to witness more and more nominations coming in; seeing our teams all supporting and encouraging each other is lovely.

So, without further ado, our latest winner is Fred Agyekum! Here is a little bit about this worthy winner from our Head of Operations, Michael Fowler...

"Fred was our deserved winner for March. Since joining our Warehouse team in 2023 he has taken every opportunity to learn and develop his knowledge.

He excelled in his role as a Picker, producing an exceptionally high standard of quality and was rewarded with investment in his development into our Health and Safety representative. He passed his IOSH course this year with flying colours and undertook his first external audit last month, which was a big success.

Fred takes everything he does very seriously and produces top quality output which he passes on to the team in his usual positive manner - in short, a much-deserved Employee of the Month." 🏆
