Employee of the Month - Sherelle Scott & Dylan Myles

We were excited to present our latest Employee of the Quarter award this month, but, as always, it wasn't an easy decision! Over the last few months our teams have all been going above and beyond. This led to lots of worthy nominees and a tough decision on our hands...

After some deliberation, it became clear we couldn't possibly pick between two of our amazing members of staff. Our Head of Operations, Michael Fowler, was thrilled to made this exciting announcement:

"This month we celebrate our joint winners of the Employee of the Quarter - Sherelle Scott and Dylan Myles. Both have been recognised for going consistently over and above to support the business, our customers and their colleagues.

Sherelle works as one of our amazing Customer Service Angels, and during a hugely successful recent sale, was supporting customers day and night to ensure they received the support they needed.

Dylan is our Pick Team Leader, and he has stepped up on numerous occasions of late, always chasing down any issues to ensure the customer gets the order they requested.

Between them they set a perfect example of what an Employee of the Quarter should represent, and we were hugely proud and delighted to jointly award them this recognition. 🏆

Our Employee of the Quarter award celebrates those employees who go the extra mile for us at Create Better Group, who take it upon themselves to put the customer at the heart of their decision making and go above and beyond the call of duty to help us all Create Better.
