Employee of the Quarter - Paul Whetton

It's that time again! We just presented our latest Employee of the Quarter award, celebrating the member of staff who made the biggest impact in the final quarter of 2025! As always, we had lots of worthy nominees to choose from.

Our final decision though was clear! We are delighted to celebrate someone who brings a smile to so many faces on a daily basis - Paul Whetton! Our Head of Operations, Michael Fowler, was once again thrilled to make this exciting announcement:

"Our Employee of the Quarter winner for Winter 2025 is Paul Whetton. Paul is one of our most valued Warehouse Operatives who first joined us during the Summer of 2020 before leaving and then rejoining us in 2024. During both his spells with us he has done almost every job in the Warehouse, from Inbound to Outbound and everything in between.

What has been consistent throughout is his willingness to support wherever it is needed and he does so with his trademark sense of humour and positive character. When he left us in 2022 there was genuine sadness as his positive demeanor genuinely lifted everyone's spirits! We were so happy he saw the light and came back to us!

In typical Paul fashion, he has been joking for a while now that it was his turn to win! But, despite this, he was genuinely surprised and quite rightly proud. Thanks so much Paul, for everything you do and for keeping us all going!" 🏆

Our Employee of the Quarter award celebrates those employees who go the extra mile for us at Create Better Group, who take it upon themselves to put the customer at the heart of their decision making and go above and beyond the call of duty to help us all Create Better.
