Employee of the Month - Kamila Kujawska

November was an exciting month here at Create Better Group - and not just because of our successful weekend at Cake International! It was also the month we announced the first winner of our Employee of the Month award.

We launched this award to celebrate those employees who go the extra mile for the organisation, who take it upon themselves to put the customer at the heart of their decision making and go above and beyond the call of duty to help us all Create Better.

The inaugural winner is the fantastic Kamila!

Since joining the business back in April 2022, she has become a much-valued member of the team. Having recently returned to our Cut Room, Kamila took it upon herself to streamline the process, all while welcoming our click and collect customers with the very best customer service. Never one to shy away from helping others, when she is quiet she heads to the warehouse to help the team with their workload. We knew this deserved to be recognised!

Kamila is a very worthy winner and we were delighted to present her with the trophy.
