Employee of the Month - Lynsey Macdonald

What a way to kick off 2025 by awarding one of our dedicated team members the title of 'Employee of the Month'. Thanks so much to everyone for their nominations – we are very lucky to have so many amazing people working across our various teams.

Lynsey Macdonald is our January ‘Employee of the Month’ 🥳. She has won for consistently going above and beyond in supporting both our web and marketing teams, making a significant impact with her dedication and creativity.

Lynsey is an asset to every team she touches, not only is she our marketing copywriting queen, but her product knowledge and commitment to Cake Stuff and Couture are invaluable.

Her most recent work on our retail blogs, promotional copies and taglines, alongside working late into the night to ensure all of our amazing sales are live are all truly valued by the whole team.

Lynsey is always super eager to help in any way possible, nothing is ever too much, even when her ‘to-do list’ is already as long as her arm! As a full-time work-from-home employee she is such an important member of our family and her contributions are integral to our success. We couldn't present her with the trophy in person, but we did send her some flowers to celebrate.🏆 💐
