Employee of the Month - Parker Barlow

It’s time again to announce the latest winner of Create Better Group's Employee of the Month! With more nominations than ever before, it's so lovely to see how appreciative all of our members of staff are of the hard work everyone puts in.

This month’s winner is Parker Barlow! Here is a little bit about this worthy winner from our Head of Operations, Michael Fowler...

"Parker joined us back in July 2021 and very quickly established himself as an absolutely essential member of the team. His work ethic, quality and helpful manner meant that he quickly became the go-to for so many of us who needed help or support.

This can-do attitude has helped him to be recognised by so many of his colleagues throughout the business with comments such as; "Parker is a huge help to my team. Whenever we need something from the warehouse, he’s always the first to get it sorted quickly!" and "Parker always works quickly to fulfil any of my requests and is always eager to help.".

No question, Parker deserves this recognition and embodies all of the characteristics that an Employee of the Month should have! Well done and well deserved Parker." 🏆
